Aya Imamura shows her work at Factory Art's project, "Born To Be Alive - I Tell You We Must Die!" in Berlin. This is one of 2012 "2012 Project Berlin". She displays a silkscreen object and video installation. These work idea is based on "mement mori". This Latin phrase means, "Remember you will die". In ancient Rome was used to advocate living for the pleasures of the moment because you may die tomorrow. This is the same concept described in the Bible, Isaiah 22:13, "Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die". She presents a contemporary treatment "mement mori" by familiar objects and ordinary life scene.
